Basic Positions Lesson #4 ~ Lesha

The slave remains standing or kneeling (depending on current position) and turns to face away from the Master, with his head up and to the left and hands extended behind him. In this position, the slave can be easily leashed, placed in "slave bracelets", or bound.
If kneeling, one should rise to a high kneeling position, as shown below. (This also makes it easier to spin on one knee to turn around quickly and gracefully)
If the command, Lesha High, is given, the slave stands, regardless of current position, for Lesha Low, the slave kneels.
The hand signal for this position is the signal for nadu, followed immediately by a twirling motion, indicating that the slave should turn around. If the slave is meant to rise or kneel, rather than remain in their current position, the hand signal will be followed by a raising or lowering motion, palm up for rise, palm down for lower.
